Refund Policy

1. No cash refunds

Tickets purchased online or on site are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer.

2. Cancellation of the event

If an event is cancelled, tickets will be converted into credit (valid voucher) usable for another club event, of equivalent value to the initial ticket.

3. No-show / personal impediments

In the event of an impediment (illness, accident, other commitment, etc.), no refund or credit will be granted. The ticket, however, remains transferable: you can pass it on to another person of your choice.

4. Validity of the credit note

The credit note issued in the event of event cancellation is valid for 12 months from the initial date of the cancelled event and can be used for any event organized by the club.
